The small plate is original in its shape with straight edges. It adapts to all dishes from starters to desserts. After an initial firing of the clay at low temperature, reactive glazes are applied to the stoneware, giving it a shiny appearance and a gradient of colors. The ceramic pieces are immersed in water as they come out of the kiln, which creates a thermal shock and gives rise to the expected crackled effect. The MAGMA collection draws its inspiration from the heart of the volcanic crater of Mount Fuji, Japan. In its COBALT variation, the vein network outlines the craters and reflects the thermal depression resulting from the firing technique, just as magma forms after the volcano's fusion.
