The Roots of Rouge Edit

Rouge Edit was born from a desire to offer a more high-end version of the Vila brand, which has been active for thirty years. Conceived in Denmark, the brand draws inspiration from Parisian aesthetics and primarily targets the French market. It was unveiled during Copenhagen Fashion Week in 2024, with an online store launched in December of the same year.

Scandinavian Inspirations and Ethical Commitment

From its launch, Rouge Edit distinguished itself with precise cuts and distinctive color palettes like prairie green, reflecting a balance between classicism and modernity. Presented during Copenhagen Fashion Week in 2024, it officially entered the market with an online store in December of the same year. Aware of the current challenges in the fashion sector, the brand has adopted reasoned production, operating on a non-stock model where only pieces ordered by retailers are manufactured. This approach aligns with a commitment to limit overproduction and offer more responsible fashion, with production currently mainly based in Asia and prospects for expansion into Portugal.
