How can I return my item?


If you are not happy with your items, you have a period of 14 days to return or exchange your purchase from the date of receipt of your order.

Log in to your customer account and click on "MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE".

Enter your returns information and print your returns form and transport label.

Pack your items carefully in the original packaging and include the printed returns form.
Attach the shipping label onto your package and drop it off at your local post office or at one of the selected pick-up points.
 
Refunds are made within an average of 48-72 hours after the item is received (excluding sales periods)

How do I return my parcel?

You have the choice between two carriers for your returns: Colissimo and Chrono Relais.

RETURN WITH CHRONO RELAIS AND PRE-PAID LABEL:

Drop off your package at a Pickup point or at a Chronopost agency, with the return label attached to the package. This label is generated when creating your return/exchange form. The return period is a maximum of 10 days at a merchant.

Shipping costs via Chrono Relais are free if the return is made within 10 calendar days from the date of receiving your order in France and internationally. Beyond this period, but within 14 days, the return cost depends on your "loyalty customer" status in the Trendy club at the time of creating your return form:
- Premier Customer: €4 for less than 300 Mod's
Privilege Customer: €2 for 300 to 500 Mod's
Premium Customer: Free for more than 500 Mod's


RETURN WITH COLISSIMO AND PRE-PAID LABEL:

Drop off your package at a post office or in your mailbox, with the label created when making your return/exchange form. The return period is 3 to 4 days per post office and 10 days at a merchant.

The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order in France and internationally. Shipping costs via Colissimo are paid, with an amount of €4 deducted for orders in France and a maximum of €12 for international orders, regardless of your loyalty status.


OUTLET & GET LUCKY:
Drop off your package at a post office or in your mailbox, with the label created when making your return/exchange form. The return period is 3 to 4 days per post office and 10 days at a merchant.

The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order in France and internationally.

Shipping costs for returns of out-of-season products, such as Outlet and Get Lucky collections, are paid. An amount of €4 will be deducted from your order in France, and a maximum of €12 will be deducted from the refund of your order, with the amount varying depending on the country of origin.

What are the conditions for returns and exchanges?

Items must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging (plastic pouch), accompanied by the returns form that you can create in your personal area on the website. Any item that is returned incomplete, i.e. without the original cardboard label (specifying the brand, bar code and size of the item), without its packaging or that has been worn, damaged, stained, washed or carries odours of cooking, tobacco or sweat, will not be refunded or exchanged.


Fair use
If we spot an unusual trend in returns, especially if the items in the order have been worn or the number of returns is excessive (considerably higher than the most loyal Place des Tendances customer), Place des Tendances reserves the right to charge the shipping and return costs to the customer (their account and any linked accounts). If you are affected and you think we have made a mistake, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to discuss it with you.

Specific conditions with regard to certain product families:

Beauty products:
Beauty products must be returned in their original sealed packaging with the protective plastic film and the foil seal intact. These items may not be tested, and must be in new condition, unopened, unused and undamaged. They must not have been not soiled or tested. To return a beauty product, ensure that you place all items back in the original packaging; which has been subjected to a number of conclusive tests. This packaging is designed to resist being knocked, dropped and handled during transportation of the package. However, if the package does not enable you to return the beauty products in good condition after it has been opened, we strongly recommend that you find a suitable container and carefully pack the returned items to ensure maximum protection during transport.
   
Footwear:
The inner and outer soles of the shoes must not show any signs of wear. We advise you to try on your shoes on a carpet or other surface that will not damage the soles. Shoes must be sent back in their original box (including the size, brand and bar code). The original box is not a suitable box for shipping the item.
   
Lingerie & Swimwear:
Underwear must be worn when trying on lingerie and swimwear items. For hygiene reasons, all returned items that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded.
   
Masks:
This item cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
