- Our raffia tote bags are handmade from a natural and artisanal material. They are therefore delicate and precious. - To preserve the quality of your product over time, we suggest storing it in its pouch, away from light and in a dry place after each use. - Avoid any contact with water or sunscreen. Prolonged exposure to sunlight could alter the natural color of your tote bag. - If in contact with water, allow your tote bag to dry naturally and protect it with newspaper to absorb moisture. - If your bag develops an unsightly crease, we recommend applying steam from a distance to reshape the natural fiber. - For colored raffia bags, avoid rubbing against light-colored clothing, as the dyes are natural and may not be fixed. - The raffia weaving is done by hand in our workshop in Madagascar.
