If you are not happy with your items, you have a period of 14 days to return your purchase from the date of receipt of your order.

Log in to your customer account and click on "MAKE A RETURN".

Enter your returns information and print your returns form, transport label and customs papers (sent to you by email).

Pack your items carefully in the original packaging and include the printed returns form.
Attach the shipping label and custom papers onto your package and drop it off at your local post office.
 
Refunds are made within an average of 48-72 hours after the item is received (excluding sales periods)

How do I return my parcel?

You can choose one of two carriers for your returns: Colissimo or Chrono Relais.
Provided you return your item(s) within 10 days of your order dispatch date, international and France returns are free of charge.
Fees apply to Colissimo shipping: €4 will be deducted from your order for France returns, €10 for international returns. These fees apply on a sliding scale depending on your loyalty scheme ranking.
Fees apply for shipping returns of out-of-season stock such as Outlet products and items from the Get Lucky collections, with the amount deducted from your order refund payment.

CHRONO RELAIS RETURNS WITH PRE-PAID LABELS:

Drop your parcel off at a post office, Pickup point or Chronopost point complete with the label that was created when your return/exchange slip was issued.
Post office returns take three to four days, while returns handled by local businesses take 10 days.

International
Provided you return your item(s) within 10 days of your order dispatch date, international Chrono Relais returns are free of charge. Beyond this time-frame and up to 14 days following the dispatch date, a maximum fee of €6 will be deducted from your refund depending on your loyalty ranking in our Club Trendy scheme.
> €6 if you have fewer than 300 Mod's on your balance upon generating your return slip (Premier status)
> €5 if you have 300 to 500 Mod’s on your balance upon generating your return slip (Privilege status)
> €4 if you have over 500 Mod’s on your balance upon generating your return slip (Premium status)

COLISSIMO RETURNS WITH PRE-PAID LABELS:
Drop your parcel off at a post office, or local store in the La Poste network complete with the label that was created when your return/exchange slip was issued.
Post office returns take three to four days, while returns handled by local businesses take 10 days.

International
Fees apply to Colissimo shipping: €10 will be deducted from your order. Prices vary depending on your Club Trendy loyalty status:
> €10 if you have fewer than 300 Mod's on your balance upon generating your return slip (Premier status)
> €10 if you have 300 to 500 Mod’s on your balance upon generating your return slip (Privilege status)
> €8 if you have over 500 Mod’s on your balance upon generating your return slip (Premium status)

Please note that returns are free when these are part of an exchange request. Exchanges are subject to availability. We advise you to make a return and re-order a new item.

Returns made to us with a courier of your choice (Fedex, DPD, DHL) are at your own expense - It will not be possible to return any package without a prepaid label at a retailer.
Returns are sent at your own risk and at your expense except in the event of a problem with your order. In this case, we can provide you with a postage-paid Colissimo label, available upon request.

   

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS ?

Items must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging (plastic pouch), accompanied by the returns form that you can create in your personal area on the website. Any item that is returned incomplete, i.e. without the original cardboard label (specifying the brand, bar code and size of the item), without its packaging or that has been worn, damaged, stained, washed or carries odours of cooking, tobacco or sweat, will not be refunded or exchanged.

Specific conditions with regard to certain product families:

Beauty products:
Beauty products must be returned in their original sealed packaging with the protective plastic film and the foil seal intact. These items may not be tested, and must be in new condition, unopened, unused and undamaged. They must not have been not soiled or tested. To return a beauty product, ensure that you place all items back in the original packaging; which has been subjected to a number of conclusive tests. This packaging is designed to resist being knocked, dropped and handled during transportation of the package. However, if the package does not enable you to return the beauty products in good condition after it has been opened, we strongly recommend that you find a suitable container and carefully pack the returned items to ensure maximum protection during transport.
   
Footwear:
The inner and outer soles of the shoes must not show any signs of wear. We advise you to try on your shoes on a carpet or other surface that will not damage the soles. Shoes must be sent back in their original box (including the size, brand and bar code). The original box is not a suitable box for shipping the item.
   
Lingerie & Swimwear:
Underwear must be worn when trying on lingerie and swimwear items. For hygiene reasons, all returned items that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded.
   
Masks:
This item cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
