Women's maxi dress: the right length for every stature

• Is a maxi dress suitable for a petite woman? Yes, provided the hem stops at the ankle and the waist is defined. Under 1.60 m, prefer a fitted or belted cut and a V-neck that lengthens the bust. Over 1.75 m, check the total length.
• Which maxi dress to wear for a ceremony or at the office? For a wedding, choose a colorful or printed fluid viscose, with a V-neck or a backless neckline, and avoid white. At the office, a solid long-sleeved version with a round neck remains sober. For everyday wear, prefer cotton in a straight cut.
• What shoes to wear with a maxi dress? It all depends on the season and the heel. In summer, flat or wedge sandals are enough if the hem brushes the ankle. In winter, pair boots with a long-sleeved version. With high heels, have the hem altered with your shoes on, one centimeter off the ground.
