Maintenance: Protect your bag by waterproofing it before use and repeat the process every six months. Apply the waterproofing spray at least 30cm away from your bag. Regularly maintain it with a soft cloth. Dust off your bag with a gentle brush and use a colorless renovator to revive the color. Keep the bag away from rain and humidity. In case of heavy rain or spilled liquid, dab with a clean cloth and let it dry away from any heat source. After use, it is recommended to store the bag by stuffing it in its pouch, away from light, heat, and humidity.
For stains, use a cream for cracked leather and rub with a soft, dry cloth. Preferably use a cream of the same color or slightly lighter than your bag's color.
To loosen a stuck zipper, use a little paraffin or a hard bar of soap.
