The Barbour International collection combines Barbour International's motorbike heritage with contemporary styling to deliver a modern, sports-inspired range.The functional collection, inspired by the rebellious biker culture of the 1960s, is given a modern twist with new 'smoke' patterns, hardwearing waxed jackets, the brand's signature quilted fabric, soft cotton shirts, technical hoodies, overshirts in workwear cuts and classic patterned polo shirts and t-shirts.The collection features Barbour International's signature black and a palette of tones - deep olive, deep blue, carmine or mottled grey and touches of burnt orange - that enliven this season's range. Tone-on-tone patches and enamel studs personalise some pieces. T-shirts and polo shirts with stripes and meticulous finishing offer casual and sophisticated options.

Barbour International is a brand in its own right, inspired by the world of motorcycling according to Barbour since 1936.In 1936 Duncan Barbour added the "Barbour International" to the collection, a jacket developed specifically for the ISDT, the international six-day enduro competition. The Barbour International became the jacket of choice for most British teams and many other international teams until 1977.At the 1964 ISDT in East Germany, the Barbour International was worn by all members of the American team, including actor Steve McQueen and legendary stuntman Bud Ekins (who performed the famous jump over the fence in "The Great Escape").The first Barbour International shop opened on Piccadilly in London in November 2013.
