DELIVERY Click & collect printemps stores - From 24 to 48 hours
Printemps Haussmann, Printemps Nation and Printemps Italie 2.
For orders placed from Monday to Friday before 9 am, Click & Collect delivery offers same-day delivery, or the next day for orders placed after 9 am. Orders placed on Friday after 9 am and at weekends will be available for collection on Monday morning.
To collect your package at Printemps Haussmann, go to the Click & Collect point on the 4th floor of Printemps Mode.
For all other Printemps stores, the delivery time for Click & Collect is 24 hours. All orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered the following day. All orders placed after 2 pm are dispatched the following working day, and will be delivered within the following 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm and at the weekend will be available for collection on Tuesday morning. The Printemps Caen, Printemps Brest, Printemps Tours et Printemps du Louvre stores do not offer Click & Collect delivery. |
DELIVERY COLISSIMO - Average delivery time: 2 business days
Colissimo delivery by the post office (La Poste) offers 48 to 72-hour delivery in mainland France. Deliveries are made by the post office (La Poste) from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 7 pm. With Colissimo, you can choose between delivery to your home, post office or to a pick-up point.
Home delivery: The parcel is delivered to the delivery address provided on your order form. As such, it is important to enter your exact delivery address. If you are out, the post office delivery driver will leave an attempted delivery card so you can go and collect your parcel from the nearest post office. You have 10 working days to collect your parcel from the day on which it arrives at the post office. After this period, it will be returned to Place de Tendances. Delivery to a post office or pick-up point: You can choose to have your parcel delivered to a post office (with no need for the postman to go to your address) or to a store near your home, workplace or holiday accommodation where you want your parcel to be delivered. You will receive a text message and an email informing you that your package has arrived and you will have 10 days to collect your order from this date. After this time, the parcel will be returned to Place des Tendances. You will need ID to pick up your parcel. In all cases, you will be able to track your parcel the day after it has been shipped, at https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/en/track-a-parcelusing the parcel reference number emailed to you when it was dispatched or via the order tracking link in your Place des Tendances account. |

Delivery in Paris and a few nearby cities: This unique and exceptional service offers delivery to your home or place of work on the same day you place your order (excluding weekends). To take advantage of this service, simply confirm your order on Monday to Friday, - before 9 am, for home or office delivery between 10 am and 14 pm. - before 2 pm, for home or office delivery between 3 pm and 8 pm. You can select the desired time slot, when you place your order (subject to availability) .
