My routine from A to Z
Welcome, oh god of the sun! And yes, it's finally here... With its benefits and drawbacks. We love it, but be careful, it can aggress our skin and hair. So, a good routine is necessary to take care of our sun capital. This involves preparation, protection, and good nourishing care products to protect and hydrate ourselves. Before, during, and after: here are our favorite products!
BEFORE
We take a course of supplements to prepare our skin and activate cell renewal. We implement a drastic treatment with exfoliation to remove all dead skin cells, which will make the tan last longer! And 15 days before exposure, we make sure to hydrate regularly with a light cream!

DURING
We avoid exposure between 12 pm and 2 pm, as the sun is at its zenith! We opt for a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) and apply it 15 minutes before exposure. We renew the application every 2 hours and after each swim. Speaking of water, we also drink it regularly and all the time! And don't hesitate to indulge in fruits and vegetables... the foods richest in water. This will help keep your skin elastic and radiant!

AFTER
We rinse our skin thoroughly with clear water to remove traces of chlorine, salt, or sunscreen. We use products rich in vitamins and antioxidants to nourish and regenerate "our precious". Then, we think about exfoliating and moisturizing the skin once or twice a week after each shower to soothe and hydrate the thirsty skin!
