The Vagabond brand was born in Sweden in 1973, but it was only 20 years after the real Vagabond Shoemaker was founded by Marie Nilson Peterzén, sharing her vision of creating a brand dedicated body and soul to the manufacture of trendy design shoes, keeping in mind that fashion and quality should not cost a fortune to its customers. At the beginning, the brand was only focused on men's footwear, but naturally decided to expand into women's fashion and footwear. This was achieved by creating unisex shoe and boot ranges, a first in the history of footwear. In the 90s, the brand explored new horizons with the addition of new iconic models that remain one of their many references of innovation to this day.
