You can continue to place orders and have them delivered to your home. Our teams are working hard to ensure that orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

Here you will find answers to the questions that many people are asking themselves in the current situation. We will update this page regularly with the information we receive from our partners and the French government.
SHIPMENTS


Your orders will be shipped as quickly as possible. Our logistics platform has introduced preparation and hygiene measure set by the WHO and in line with government recommendations: a safe distance between staff in our logistics hub, smaller teams, the wearing of gloves, etc.

Deliveries


FRANCE

● Home deliveries by our partner carriers Chronopost/DPD are continuing during this period. For your safety and the safety of our drivers, additional measures have been put in place. All Chronopost deliveries will be contactless. Colissimo deliveries will not require a signature upon delivery.
Chronopost deliveries will be contactless. The procedure is as follows:
-To choose contactless delivery, opt for Chronopost's PREDICT solution, which we advise using as far as possible.
-Your delivery agent will notify you of their arrival, and will let you know they have arrived by phone.
-The delivery agent will leave your parcel on your doorstep (or a prior-agreed location: mailbox, garden, etc.) and will ring your doorbell to let you know your order has been delivered, and to ensure its safe receipt.
-Chronopost now offers a new feature on its delivery terminals, allowing all their delivery agents in mainland France to take a photo of the package they drop off on your doorstep: this photo now replaces signatures.


● Deliveries to pick-up points have been suspended. If the pick-up point you originally selected upon ordering is now closed, or if you did not have time to collect your order before it closed indefinitely, your order will not be available for collection until the pick-up point re-opens.

● Click&Collect delivery has been suspended until further notice, following the decision to close all Printemps stores.

● Same Day & Chrono RDV deliveries have been suspended. 

● Colis Expat deliveries have been suspended.

UK
Deliveries to pick-up points located in supermarkets and/or newsagents that are still open remain possible. If the pick-up point you originally selected upon ordering is now closed, you have the option of switching over to home delivery. The transporter will contact you to reschedule your delivery.

PORTUGAL
In Portugal, there are no deliveries to the city of Ovar.
Deliveries to pick-up points located in supermarkets and/or newsagents that are still open remain possible. If the pick-up point you originally selected upon ordering is now closed, your order will be returned to Place des Tendances.
RETURNS


Returns can still be made via open return points. They will be processed by our staff as quickly as possible.
If you cannot go out or are unable to make a return close to where you live, don't panic. Return periods have been extended.

Our Customer Service team can still be contacted from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. However, we encourage you to contact us using our contact form or by email, online chat or social media (@placedestendances) wherever possible, even though the phone lines will remain open.
