All Chronopost deliveries will be contactless.
Colissimo deliveries will not require a signature upon delivery.
Chronopost deliveries will be contactless. The procedure is as follows:
-To choose contactless delivery, opt for Chronopost's PREDICT solution, which we advise using as far as possible.
-Your delivery agent will notify you of their arrival, and will let you know they have arrived by phone.
-The delivery agent will leave your parcel on your doorstep (or a prior-agreed location: mailbox, garden, etc.) and will ring your doorbell to let you know your order has been delivered, and to ensure its safe receipt.
-Chronopost now offers a new feature on its delivery terminals, allowing all their delivery agents in mainland France to take a photo of the package they drop off on your doorstep: this photo now replaces signatures.
● Deliveries to pick-up points have been suspended. If the pick-up point you originally selected upon ordering is now closed, or if you did not have time to collect your order before it closed indefinitely, your order will not be available for collection until the pick-up point re-opens.
● Click&Collect delivery has been suspended until further notice, following the decision to close all Printemps stores.
● Same Day & Chrono RDV deliveries have been suspended.
Deliveries to pick-up points located in supermarkets and/or newsagents that are still open remain possible. If the pick-up point you originally selected upon ordering is now closed, you have the option of switching over to home delivery. The transporter will contact you to reschedule your delivery.
