The Kookaï adventure began in 1983. Three friends founded a clothing company in a then little-exploited niche: knitwear for young girls. The mythical women's fashion brand stands out with a designer positioning offering trendy and deliberately accessible clothing. Knitwear, designers want it to be ever more beautiful, ever more original, at the fairest possible price, to meet the expectations of a young and changing clientele. For Autumn-Winter 2026, Kookai returns to an assertive femininity tinged with 90s and Y2K influences. Close-fitting knits, mini-skirts, fitted dresses and sleek-lined trousers are juxtaposed with leather jackets, structured blazers and more enveloping coats. Plays on transparency, lace and animal prints add a more sensual dimension, while denim and tailored pieces anchor the collection in an urban register. Black, chocolate, burgundy and neutral tones make up a wardrobe with a glamorous, contemporary and slightly retro character.
