Renowned for its espadrilles, Castañer has been crafting footwear for over two hundred years. However, it was in the late 1960s that the company experienced a major turning point, following its acquisition by Lorenzo and Isabel Castaner. The Yves Saint Laurent brand commissioned them to create a pair of wedge espadrilles, a request that transformed the espadrille from a rural item into a fashionable, luxurious piece suitable for catwalks. From then on, Castañer captivated other fashion houses: Hermès, Louis Vuitton, and Christian Louboutin, among others. Place des Tendances offers you a selection of women's shoes. A wide choice of ultra-chic and trendy Castaner shoe models awaits you. The brand creates leather boots and ankle boots, as well as wedge-heeled styles, that are sure to delight.
