Returning your purchases during Black Friday: conditions and procedure

As throughout the year, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to make your return. You can find your return form in your customer account, which should be sent with the package via Colissimo, to a Pick-Up relay point, or dropped off at a Printemps store!
