Lyocell is a 100% cellulosic and biodegradable fiber, produced from wood pulp in a nearly closed-loop process. Its production respects the environment by using recyclable solvents. Organic cotton consumes less water than traditional cotton and requires no pesticides. The absence of chemicals significantly reduces allergy risks. Among its many advantages, it also has a softer touch, making the garments particularly pleasant to wear.
Primarily grown in Europe, linen is not water-intensive; rain is sufficient for its growth. It is a natural fiber that is durable, temperature-regulating, and easy to dye. Its minimal carbon footprint makes it a very eco-friendly fiber.
Founded in 1952, the Zanieri house specializes in the production of recycled wool and linen fabric. It has a vertical production cycle (dyeing, spinning, weaving, finishing) to ensure a high level of quality. Since 2018, the spinning mill has been certified by the Global Recycle Standard (GRS).
You can iron at low temperature (110°C). - Opt for a wash at 30°C or hand wash to preserve the material and shape of your items. Turn your garment inside out to wash it, to avoid damaging the fibers. - No tumble drying! Nothing beats air drying in a shaded area to maintain the material and color.
