This material is made from the mechanical recycling of existing garments. This helps conserve the resources needed to produce new materials. Wool is naturally breathable and insulating. It is biodegradable and the most recyclable fibre on earth. Yet it accounts for only 1% of the fibres produced each year.
Founded in 1952, Zanieri specialises in manufacturing recycled wool and linen fabrics. It has a vertically integrated production cycle (dyeing, spinning, weaving and finishing) to ensure a high level of quality. Since 2018, its spinning mill has been certified to the Global Recycle Standard (GRS).

You can iron at a medium temperature (150°C). - Do not machine wash. Often, simply airing it out is enough. Otherwise, opt for professional cleaning. - Do not tumble dry! Nothing is better than air drying away from sunlight to preserve its fabric and colour.
