The history of the Mellow Yellow brand began in 2003 when its founder, Bruno Van Gaver, decided to market a line of shoes under the acidic name of "Mellow Yellow", a reference to the title of a famous song from the 1960s. This play on words expresses the flexibility, humour, cheerfulness and diversity of colours that will become the brand's signature. The shoes are displayed in a modern and warm atmosphere, the decoration is uncluttered and the floor is warmed up with a parquet floor, touches of colours here and there, a wink to the 70's which allow to emphasize the boots, the ankle boots and the ballerinas.
