Our products have been handmade. The shades and materials may slightly vary from one product to another, making each piece unique.
Bag Care:
We recommend dry cleaning or machine washing in cold water (cold or 30°C program) on a short cycle (max 30 minutes).
We advise ironing at medium temperature.
Never machine wash at high temperature or dry clean. If you choose these cleaning methods, Hindbag cannot be held responsible for any damage to your product.
It is advisable to avoid prolonged contact with water, sunlight, moonlight, bright artificial lights, heat, and greasy substances, as this can cause irreversible damage.
Please pay particular attention to possible color transfers. In general, avoid pairing a dark bag with a light garment or a dark garment (especially raw denim pants and jackets) with a light bag.
Do not tumble dry, as the material may be damaged or the product may shrink.

Waterproofing of the products:
Hindbag bags are made of GOTS certified organic cotton. This cotton is not waterproof, but it is very thick, allowing it to resist small splashes and light rain.
We recommend waterproofing cotton products every 3 months with a colorless waterproofing spray.
Materials such as recycled wool, recycled faux fur, and organic velvet are neither waterproof nor water-repellent. We recommend avoiding exposure to water.
