Our Georgio rug was designed in collaboration with Nunamae, a lovely brand whose values, close to ours, immediately seduced us. Georgio is made in Portugal from 100% cotton, crafted from recycled materials. It is hypoallergenic and can be machine washed at 30º.

Rug Care
Georgio is hypoallergenic and can be machine washed at 30°. You can also use a sponge soaked in water and soapy solution to clean your rug. Do not scrub vigorously, as brushing damages the fibers. Rinse with a clean sponge soaked in clear water and finish by drying the rug vertically in a well-ventilated room. If your rug looks a bit dull, add sparkling water to the cleaning solution.
To maintain your kilim rug, vacuum it every week, but not at its maximum power, as this can damage the fibers. In case of a stain, first absorb the excess. Then use shampoo diluted in warm water to remove the stain. If it persists, feel free to use a few drops of white vinegar. Let it air dry afterwards. To revive the colors of your rug, sprinkle it with a little baking soda, let it sit, and then vacuum it up.
