The history of New Balance begins in 1906 in Boston, first the brand manufactures orthopaedic insoles followed quickly by their first shoes for sports. But it was really in 1961 that New Balance created the model that would change running and become its iconic "Trackster" model.
Since 1972 and the takeover of the brand by Jim Davis, New Balance has asserted its independence and its values such as the quality and performance of its models, becoming a real success and ranking among the biggest trainer brands in the world.
